TRAVEL

How do I get to the site?
You click here and then follow our directions.

What is the parking like?
There is ample parking space for all 2000trees attendees and parking officials will be on hand to direct you on arrival.

Is there a car parking charge?
Well, there is no escaping the fact that the single biggest source of carbon emissions for any festival comes from car travel. Thus after much thought, we have come to the difficult decision to impose a £5 car parking charge at 2000trees, payable on arrival at the site. Of course we are keen to acknowledge the effort that some of you make to share lifts, and we have therefore decided that cars with four or more guests will be exempt from the charge.

Fear not, this is not some cynical money making scheme on our part, the majority of the proceeds are being used to subsidise an improved shuttle bus service from Cheltenham train station, which will dovetail with national rail connections and also operate at a frequency and price which will make the service a preferable alternative to using local taxis. The remainder of the revenue will then be used to improve the site infrastructure to allow for a broader national coach service.

Can I bring a campervan / caravan?
Due to licensing restrictions we are no longer allowed campervans / caravans on site. We are extremely sorry for this, however, it is out of our control.
