2000trees is held from Thursday to Sunday. To join us a day earlier, Wednesday early arrival tickets are available on our tickets page (in addition to your 3-day ticket).

SITE OPENING TIMES

  • Wednesday 12:00 – 23:00
  • Thursday 08:00 – 23:00
  • Friday 08:00 – 23:00
  • Saturday 08:00 – 19:00


On the Wednesday you will be permitted to enter the site from 12:00 (with an early entry ticket, which includes camping on Wednesday night).

3-day ticket holders will be allowed into the campsite from Thursday at 08:00.

There is strictly no admission or readmission after 23:00 on any day.

The wristband exchange will close 30 minutes after the site closes on each day.


PEAK ARRIVAL TIMES

Please try to avoid the busiest times when entry is slowest, which are as follows:

  • Wednesday: 12:00 – 16:00
  • Thursday: 09:00 – 13:00
  • Friday: 08:00 – 12:00


BAND STAGE TIMES

  • Wednesday: 16:00 – 23:00
  • Thursday: 10:00 – 23:00
  • Friday: 10:00 – 23:00
  • Saturday: 10:00 – 23:00


SILENT DISCO

  • Weds Forest Stage: 23:45 - 02:00
  • Thurs, Fri, Sat - The Axiom + The Cave: 23:00 - 03:00


DRIVING

Follow the address above and you will arrive at 2000trees festival. Car parking is charged at £20 for the duration of the weekend. Advanced parking tickets can be bought on our tickets page.


COACH

SHUTTLE BUS

Our shuttle bus service is also hosted by Big Green Coach and will run from Cheltenham Spa train station to and from the festival site. You can view our shuttle bus timetable and book your journey – here.


TRAIN

The nearest train station to 2000trees is Cheltenham Spa. From the train station, you can travel by coach, taxi or car to arrive at the festival site.

Great Western Railway run direct, high speed services to Cheltenham Spa from London Paddington, Reading, Didcot and Swindon. Regional services also serve Cheltenham from Bristol, Bath and the South West as well as from Worcestershire.

2000trees was created in 2007 by music festival veterans after attending all the main industry events over a decade. Starting with a simple passion for music and the desire to create a dynamic, energetic and accessible event that put the festival-goer at the top of their priorities.
