We are looking for like minded people to volunteer with us on the bars at this year’s festival.
By volunteering behind 1 of our bars, pouring as many pints as you can in one 8hr shift you will get a full weekend ticket to the festival in return. (Full 3 day weekend ticket including early Wednesday access and free parking – worth over £200).
If you have bar experience and would like to get involved let us know and join the bar crew of legends!
We hope that you are interested in joining us behind the bar at this year’s event, making some awesome new friends & being a part of what makes 2000trees so special.
To get started fill in some details on thisgoogle form link and we’ll be in touch.
Once we hear back from you with a positive confirmation that you are available to volunteer we will send you the link to pay your deposit and secure your ticket to the event. As in previous years we would like a £20 deposit from you to secure your place with us. This will be refunded as soon as possible after the festival as long as you successfully complete your bar shift.
Gemma who’s heading up recruitment this year will be sending out more details closer to the festival. We will also be sending out an email asking about preferred shifts and friends that you’d like to work with.
In the meantime, if you have any questions please don’t hesitate to drop Gemma a line and she’ll get back to you asap – You can email her here… firstname.lastname@example.org
This year we’re giving away 200 FREE* tickets to NHS staff as thanks for all your heroic work during the last couple of years.
Just our little way of saying thanks for being heroes everyday, not just in a pandemic.
Whilst the ticket itself is FREE, all we’re asking is for a “pay what you like” donation which will go directly to Marie Curie.
This will be on a ballot basis. So if you, or someone you know, works for the NHS* be they porter or professor, then simply enter your details below for your chance to grab a free 3 day ticket & come party for free.
Please note to help manage this a valid Blue Light card matching the number detailed on your application will be required to enter the festival to prevent non NHS workers taking advantage of this offer.
It’s currently limited to 1 ticket per person to begin with.
Once the first 200 tickets have been snapped up we’ll provide a link for any extra NHS staff to register for discount tickets if we have any spare capacity.
Hope to see you there!
APPLY FOR A FREE 3DAY TICKET
Blue light card holders only – Bluelight card will be required on entry.
* Whilst the headline offer is for NHS staff, ultimately anyone with a Blue Light card can apply for these free tickets. Unfortunately if you already have a ticket for this year we won’t be able to offer refunds if you are awarded a free ticket.

We’re working with UK charity Ecolibrium to tackle the environmental impacts from our audience travel – these are typically the biggest contributor to an event’s carbon footprint, making up to 80% for the average festival in the UK!
When you buy a vehicle pass for 2000 Trees we’ll donate £3 to Ecolibrium to help balance or ‘offset’ the carbon emissions from your fossil fuel miles (approximately 300 miles driven in an average car) – Ecolibrium will then invest 100% of this donation into projects that create clean renewable energy. You can also use the Ecolibrium Travel Calculator to work out the emissions from your unique journey and balance them with a small donation.
Ecolibrium works with 50 of the UK’s favourite festivals, as well as artists and event suppliers. Since 2015 they have balanced over 13 million travel miles, with donations helping to power wind turbines in India with the Converging World and funding community solar power with Bristol Energy Co-op, funded a community-owned wind-turbine in the Forest of Dean, helped UK homeowners install Solar PV systems on their roofs to feed the grid with renewable energy and contributed to Solar for Schools – a project that helps UK schools install solar panels as well as teaching the children about the benefits of clean energy.
